As humans, we tend to only see a portion of the story. This is why it is especially more important to take time to reflect and make the conscious decision to see the whole story, rather than only parts of the story.

Our year is divided into 365 days, which can feel like a lot to reflect on at once. This ‘Room for Reflection’ will give a guideline to reflect on the past year and briefly plan for the year ahead.
Though we have still been in the middle of Covid-19 with the ever-rising cases and the new variants, our world has been a lot different than what it was a year ago. Changes can be noted daily in our lives, so when we look back at the year, who we were at the beginning of the year to who we are now, can be a lot different.
Although we can create a positive meaning out of something negative, good and bad things both continue to happen to us regularly.
Because we are working progresses, we tend to sometimes do a lot of back and forth before we make a definite, consistent change in our lives.
And that is okay.… because we are human.
And because we still have a lot to learn.
I think the most important thing to do is to try, to not give up even when it gets hard, and choose to try again and again.
Perhaps that is what life is about. Continuously trying.
So let's have a look at this past year and the amazing, crazy, cool, sometimes sad, hard things that have transpired this year.
Aside from gratitude journaling, these are some of my yearly reflections. I will also give some of my answers as examples to them.
