Life has its own share of trials and tribulations. In today’s world, where we are constantly encouraged to achieve more, do better, and strive for the extraordinary, it’s easy to feel weighed down by expectations. These external pressures can quickly become internalized, shaping how we see ourselves and making it difficult to live a life filled with joy, ease, and meaning.
The laughter and lightness we once felt can fade under the weight of self-doubt and comparison. Family, culture, and society often define what success “should” look like, and over time, these expectations become our own inner voice. You may feel that you must always work harder, do more, or be better just to keep up. Or perhaps the constant pressure leaves you anxious, unmotivated, and disconnected from your true self.
When we carry these heavy thoughts, it can feel isolating, like we’re moving through life without clarity or direction. But deep down, you know there is more to life than self-criticism, pressure, loneliness and frustration. As a life coach, I am here to walk alongside you on this journey of self-discovery and growth. Meet Your Coach, Usha
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, my work is dedicated to helping individuals move from languishing to flourishing. As a self-compassion coach, I have supported clients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds through one-to-one life coaching, well-being coaching, group sessions, and positive psychology workshops, all designed to help you live with greater clarity, motivation, and purpose.
In addition to my work as an online self-compassion coach, I also specialize in motivation-focused life coaching, using positive visualization techniques to support future planning and envisioning meaningful change. My goal is to help you cultivate clarity, make purposeful decisions, and take inspired action toward a life that truly reflects who you are and what you value.
My coaching approach is grounded in self-compassion, intrinsic motivation, and a strengths-based mindset. Together, we will uncover your core values and inner strengths so that your goals align with your authentic self. This process not only enhances your sense of purpose and direction but also allows you to experience genuine joy and fulfillment in your everyday life.
